Martin & Nick – Quick video explaining the gameplan when searching for property investments. Demand minimum yield of 7%. Find motivated sellers with properties that don’t have compromises i.e. they are in quiet locations, away from industrial premises and hot food sales premises, low crime, decent demographics.
Also were seeing agents be more open to selling properties preauction, because of a lack of confidence in the auction market.
Overall, the market is shifting and were seeing more and more motivated sellers.
